that there aren't many opportunities for ex felon
employment in Phoenix, but we want to make a
difference where we can.
Working at the Second Chance
Center, employees are prepared, trained and
coached by caring instructors/mentors who are
committed to assisting Phoenix Ex Felons make
the most of their Second Chance. |
One
rejection after another is what most Ex Felons
experience on the hunt for a job. Its a
vicious cycle. You must have a job to stay 'clean' and
pay your bills, and eat, yet most people won't hire an
ex felon out of fear, or ignorance.
