and at life!. An opportunity to turn their life
around, to be a positive, contributing member of the
community.
We are committed to the providing the possibility
of REAL
employment opportunities for people in the
Phoenix area who might find it difficult to be
hired by regular
employers.
We understand that the homeless,
disabled,
elderly, and convicted felons often
don't qualify for
employment under normal circumstances. We
work with Phoenix locals on an individual basis
in order to provide employment opportunities to
the
elderly,
disabled, homeless and convicted
felons.

 Working at the Second Chance
Center, employees are prepared, trained and
coached by caring instructors/mentors who are
committed to assisting Phoenix Ex Felons make
the most of their Second Chance.

The Second Chance center
isn't a full service Homeless Shelter but we
can provide a safe, positive environment where
the homeless can get a foot hold in life, and
begin to move forward.
